Intelligent Careers Group was formed in 2009 to promote a holistic, evidence-based approach to understanding and supporting career ownership in higher education and career consulting/coaching.

Three “ways of knowing” provide a holistic, interdependent set concepts through which students work with professors, and clients work with coaches, to “go deep” in making sense of their careers to-date and prepare action steps for the future.

Over 175 scholarly articles have been published on the underlying “intelligent careers framework.” Our mission is to fulfill the potential of that framework. In turn, our pledge to career owners is to “Give Us a Day, and We Will Change Your Life.”
